Terms & Conditions

You must be 18 or older to use KYNN.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at support@getkynn.com if you think someone else has access to it.

The information you give us about your age, height, weight, and goals is used to calculate your targets. If it is inaccurate, your plan will be inaccurate.

KYNN gives you meal plans, recipes, macro and step tracking, streaks, badges, and community features, depending on the tier you are on.

We select meals from our own curated recipe database. We do not deliver food, sell ingredients, or provide personal coaching.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. The features in each tier are listed on our Pricing page.

We may change prices. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app, and the new price applies from your next renewal — never mid-period. You can cancel before it takes effect.

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial of The Mover. No payment details are required to start it.

At the end of the trial you are not charged and you are not automatically subscribed. You move to The Planner free tier unless you choose to subscribe.

Additional trials may be offered when you earn certain badges. Each such trial is offered once per tier per account, and starting one ends the offer cycle for that tier permanently.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or annually, depending on what you chose — until you cancel.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card details.

If a payment fails we will retry and notify you. If it continues to fail, your subscription ends and you move to The Planner free tier. Your logged data is not deleted.

You can cancel at any time from Settings, or by writing to support@getkynn.com.

When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that you move to The Planner free tier. Your data stays in your account.

Cancelling is not the same as deleting your account. To delete your account entirely, use the option in Settings or write to us.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

KYNN is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice.

Our meal plans, calorie and protein targets, and activity suggestions are general wellness guidance based on the information you give us. They are not diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional care.

Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet or exercise, and particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, heart, kidney or liver conditions, have a history of disordered eating, or are taking medication affected by diet.

If you feel unwell while using KYNN, stop and speak to a medical professional.

Nutritional values shown are estimates. Actual values vary with ingredients, portions, and cooking method.

Check every recipe against your own allergies and intolerances before cooking. We cannot guarantee any recipe is free of any allergen.

You keep ownership of anything you submit — stories, photos, and logged entries.

By submitting a story to the community you give us permission to display it inside KYNN and, if you consent separately, on our social media. You can withdraw it at any time.

Do not submit anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights, and do not submit content about anyone other than yourself without their permission.

The KYNN name, logo, app, website, recipe database, and all associated design and text belong to us.

You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use of the service. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our recipe database or any other part of KYNN.

Do not attempt to break into, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or automatically harvest data from KYNN. Do not create accounts to abuse trials or offers. Do not harass other members through community features.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is not serious we will warn you first.

We aim to keep KYNN available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to take it down for maintenance, and we may change or remove features. Where a change materially reduces what your paid tier includes, we will tell you in advance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to KYNN is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any health outcome arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

You can stop using KYNN at any time. We may end your access if you materially breach these terms, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will give you notice and refund any unused portion of a period you have paid for.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hubballi, India.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use KYNN after that means you accept them.
